Thank you for interest in our cleaning service. My name is Jennifer Ruggles and I was born in Hilo and raised in Mountain View. We are a small, local, family business. Our technicians include my brother Eli and sister Brittany who are also raising their children in Mountain View. We love and enjoy working together while making magic happen in our customers' homes.

My Story
Jen's Carpet Cleaning was started in 2021 when a friend gifted me her janitorial equipment that she was retiring from. I had just completed my second degree at The University of Hilo in Business Administration from the College of Business and Economics, and wanted to give managing my own business a try. After my friend trained me on how to clean carpets and use the equipment, I started to book jobs and became quickly encouraged by our many amazed and happy customers. You should see the stuff that we pull out of a relatively clean-looking carpet! Or the brown and white difference for a dirty one!

I've found that turning dirty environments into clean, healthy, happy ones is actually very satisfying work, and I take pride in quality of service we provide. So, I decided to get real serious and get certified, and I learned all the chemistry, science, technical tricks, and industry standards.

Good communication, honesty, integrity, and hard work are our commitment to our customers. I passionately believe that good health is critical to a healthy community and health starts at home. Our carpets and couches are our home's own filtration system catching allergens, dander, oil, dust, and pollutants and holding it out of our breathing zone. ​
